THE STUDIO
Cabell Design Studio was established in 1997 and provides full service interior design services. Whether your project is an historic renovation or a new house under construction, or simply in between, Cabell Design Studio meets your needs with experience and extensive resources. We take a ‘whole-istic’ approach to design, enjoying the challenges of an entire room or in the master plan of your entire home or office. We offer design consultation on space planning, interior architecture, millwork design, interior finishes and color, lighting, textiles, furniture and antique placement.
We work closely with our clients to evaluate your personal style and, through design development, offer you creative suggestions. We achieve functional solutions, with a classic and elegant approach, within budget and schedule constraints. A successfully completed Cabell Design Studio project is one that has met your needs and identified through reflection your personal lifestyle and design preferences.

THE SERVICES
No fee is charged for the initial on-site interview. A design presentation follows the initial interview. A design fee of $350 will be charged if no project ensues after design presentation. Projects are reviewed individually for scope of services and contracts are provided to clarify scope of project and range of services. Concept elevations and floor plans, in colored CAD drawings, as well as finish samples and estimated budgets are often generated for client review.
Fees are hourly and project dependant. Rate schedules are available and retainers are required on large projects.
